The Inman Aligner is a removable orthodontic appliance which can be used to align the front teeth quickly, effectively and safely. It can work either as a stand-alone treatment in its own right, or as a pre-treatment to allow other cosmetic orthodontic work to go ahead, such as fitting veneers.
The Inman Aligner works by exerting a gentle force on just your front teeth to gradually move them into the desired position. Normally lower front teeth move a little faster than uppers. If you come along to one of our free consultations to discuss your options then our dentists can discuss your specific needs with you so that you know exactly how the treatment can benefit you.
Step 1: First of all impressions are taken of your mouth so that a custom built Inman Aligner can be made.
Step 2: Once made, the Aligner is fitted by one of our London dentists to check that it fits correctly.
Step 3: You will then be required to wear the aligner for 16 – 20 hours each day.
Step 4: As the Aligner works much faster than other orthodontic treatments, you will have to attend regular check-ups every 2 – 3 weeks to see how much longer you will have to wear the Aligner.
