Teeth in a day

Teeth in a day is a treatment designed for people with dentures, or who need a full set of either upper or lower restorations, or both.

A series of dental implants, usually four or six, are inserted into the jawbone, spaced equally around the arch of the mouth, and after a period of three to six months, when the implants have integrated with the surrounding bone, false teeth are screwed in.

The artificial teeth are designed in the Harley Street Dental and Implant Clinic laboratory to support a series of dental bridges that fill the gaps between the implants and are aesthetically indistinguishable from natural teeth. When the patient arrives to have their teeth fitted, the support bridges go in at the same time and instantly restore their biting function and appearance.

Teeth in a day give patients the confidence to smile again and they also halt the ageing effect of bone loss in the jaw, which naturally shrinks where it is not holding teeth in place.

If you would like to find out whether teeth in a day is suitable for you, arrange an appointment with a Harley Street Dental and Implant Clinic prosthodontist.
